Credit Requirements

• at least 5 employees
• at least 2 years in business
• commercial bank account with at least a $10,000 average balance
• no NSFs

Insurance Requirements

• Commercial Auto Liability Insurance for hired vehicles (trailers) with a minimum combined single limit of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence, and
• Commercial Auto Physical Damage Insurance for hired vehicles for physical damage providing collision and comprehensive coverage with limits equal to the Actual Cash Value/market value of the vehicles (trailers), and
• Commercial General Liability Insurance for contractual liability coverage for hold harmless agreements, with a minimum combined single limit of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence
• Each of the above liability policies must name Transport International Pool, Inc. (our legal entity) as additional insured.
• Physical Damage coverage must name Transport International Pool, Inc. (our legal entity) as a Loss Payee.
• All policies require written notice to Trailer Fleet Services at least thirty (30) days prior to cancellation or material change.
• Trailer Fleet Services offers a Vehicle Protection Plan, which is a collision and specified perils damage waiver. Click here for more details
